Creation of the Works

The works are initially created using special photography techniques that capture multiple photos at various shutter speeds to create a high dynamic range photograph well beyond what any current camera can capture in a single frame. The human retina can detect many more light levels than even the most sensitive digital sensor, so the same retina-like effect is achieved by gathering up all the light in the scene via the capture of multiple photos. The post-processing of each image uses a variety of techniques to adjust the light and color tones on a relative basis, to replicate the same process undertaken by the retina. The end result is an image that flows directly past the retina to the mind with no physical light or color interpretation required.

Large Format Print Installation

Our designers will work with you to create a work of art that will complement and dramatically enhance the space you desired.  These large format photographs can be printed in archival paper, metal, acrylic, canvas, and more. They can be curated as a single large print or a multiple piece wall display.
